YES SCHOOL'S 14th ANNIVERSARY!

During the first two weeks of February and coinciding with the Birthday of the Yes! Language School and with the start of Carnival, we invited our students to participate in a 14th Anniversary competition that the school organized.

Last Friday at the school our teachers disguised themselves as Cowboys and Indians and the younger students also dressed-up to come to school. We had a fun-filled afternoon of classes!

We also invited the parents and students to our “Cocktail Apache” – It was fantastic! - we did a “pica-pica” with all the school assistants and the whole team of Yes!. We then went to dinner to celebrate the Birthday of the school. Here are some of the photos...

Regarding the contest, we organised different activities for students of different ages: from drawings to commemorate the school's 14th anniversary, to poems or Haikus (following some very precise instructions). For our older students and adults, the activity was to present an advertising proposal for the Yes! School.

Throughout this week the votes are being compiled and we are waiting to know who will be the winners ... we have different prizes for the different categories. The truth is that we were amazed by the great participation of all the students; deciding will be very difficult because all of the work was outstanding! We will let you know!
